Employees must complete Service Request through Digital Innovation & Technology with an Asset Assessment and receive confirmation from Digital Innovation & Technology.
Receipt of confirmation may be impacted by cyclical business activity, peak periods or when work volume is high. Timely completion of the form is required to avoid extended delays in the approval process.
Managers are responsible for tracking assets for their area and the cost of any additional technology or equipment required.
Successful completion of the Beauceron course "Cybersecurity for remote workers" is required.
