Request a new/replacement mobile device

What is this service?

Use this service to order:

  • a new cell phone
  • a replacement cell phone
  • cell service only (no phone required)
  • a new cell phone case
  • enroll in the Bring your own device (BYOD) program

A ticket is required for each new phone or device purchase.

Please note:

  • VP approval is required for any new service.
  • Budget Manager approval is required for any new device purchase.
  • An eDPO is not required for purchases related to this Service Request.
