Request a new/replacement mobile device

What is this service?

Use this service to order:

• a new cell phone
• a replacement cell phone
• cell service only (no phone required)
• a wireless internet stick 
• enroll in the Bring your own device (BYOD) program

A ticket is required for each new phone or device purchase.

Please note:

• VP approval is required for any new service.
• A completed and signed DPO is required for any new device purchase over $1000. For details on how to complete the DPO, click here.
