I'm Having Issues With the Internet or Wi-Fi

What is this Service?

Report issues with WiFi and the internet. 

Issues may include:

• Internet or WiFi connection is slow
• Cannot get connected to Internet 
• Cannot get connected to a WiFi network, including NSCC, NSCC Hotspot, NSCC180, eduroam or another NSCC WiFi network.
• Cannot connect to a specific site
• There is an area of my campus that needs better wifi

Who can request this Service?
