What is this service?
Use this service to help resolve issues with finding your course or any of the course level tools.
Issues include:
- viewing courses on your My Courses widget
- Note: Courses are posted within Brightspace on specific start dates.
- course announcements
- viewing the course calendar
- issues with Discussions
- issues with Assignments
- assistance with tests/quizzes/exams
- issues with course grades
- Note: Final grades are not posted in Brightspace. Please login to mynscc.ca to view your final grades. Grades for assignments and tests are available for view.
