What is this service?
Use this service to request a system be formatted / wiped / reset / a fresh start for an NSCC device. The standard install of the operating system, and required drivers are included in this request.
NOTE:
All "additional software requested" will need a current, available, license before it can be loaded onto an NSCC device.
The request to purchase software, if a license is needed, along with your manager's approval, will need to be completed in a different request.
