What is this service?
Use this service to request a copy of another faculty’s course content to be copied into a development shell or to have content in a course shell deleted.

**Important** Please read the information before you request content copying
Faculty can export and import either an entire course, or specific components of a course. Faculty owning a course can export and share the resulting zip file. This shared zip file can be used to import the content directly into any Brightspace shell.
Please follow the instructions in the KB articles below:
- When requesting another Faculty member's course shell contents to be imported into your shell, please remember this request will copy all contents of that shell into your shell.
Permission from the course content owner is required to before the content can be imported into another shell by the ETA team.
An AC may provide permission in the following scenarios:
- course owner is no longer employed by NSCC
- request is for a master shell containing content that has been developed for NSCC
An AC cannot provide permission for access in the following scenarios:
- course owner is on vacation
- course owner is on leave
- When requesting some or all course content to be deleted, please remember: Removing contents via this service will permanently delete this data. This cannot be undone by you, your organization, or D2L (vendor).
