PeopleSoft User Access

What is this service?

This service can be used to request access to the following systems: PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, PeopleSoft Student Finance and PeopleSoft Finance.
All requests to provide new user access, or to update an existing user's access can be requested here.

Updates can occur when there is a new staff member, or when an existing staff member changes roles. Please note that user access requests should be submitted by the employee's manager, or the employee can submit an access request for themselves. If you are submitting a user access request for yourself, approval will be requested from your manager.

Who can request this service?

  • NSCC managers can request access on behalf of staff. NSCC staff can request with approval from manager.
    Please note: Peoplesoft training must be completed before submitting this request.
