What is this service?

Get help with email, including access to another email account, email aliases, changing the name on your email, mass emails and distribution list creation and changes

Access to another email account

  • Request access to someone else's email account (eg administrative assistant needs access to their manager's email account as a delegate.)
  • Please note: Management approval is required and should be submitted in the attachment field.

Add or Remove an Email alias

  • Create or remove an alias email address. 
  • An email alias is another email address that can send from your email account, e.g. TechnologyServiceDesk@nscc.ca

Name Change on Email Account

  • Request a change to the name on your NSCC email account.
  • Prior to submitting htis request, please contact HR to ensure a name change request has been submitted via PeopleSoft.

Authorization to Send Mass Email

  • Request an email be sent to a large distribution group.

Change Distribution List Membership

  • Request someone be added to or removed from an existing email distribution list.

Request the creation of a new distribution list

  • Request a new distribution list be created for the address book.

Request a Shared Email Account

  • Request a shared mailbox that can be accessed by multiple NSCC staff.
