What is this Service?
Any requests for consultation or meeting time with a Functional Analyst for assistance with investigating the CS system impacts from potential business process changes can be made here.
Examples include
- investigating capabilities in PeopleSoft to accommodate a new business process or requirement,
- investigating making changes to a system integration, and;
- discussion about future plans that may involve PeopleSoft CS considerations.
Who can request this service?
NSCC Staff - Managers, etc who can approve the request on behalf of a department.
