What is this service?

Faculty & staff can use this service to request software for their classroom, office workstation, or laptop to support curriculum outcomes or occupational role.

Please note: Submission of this request initiates an approval process and you may be contacted for additional information and/or licensing arrangements.

Service Level Targets

Tickets will be responded to within one business day.

Turn around times for delivery of the requested software to your computer:

Software Turn around time
Software that has been previously requested
(See list of available software here.)
2 business days*
Software that has not previously been requested 10 business days*

* Please note labs and classrooms will be imaged once they are available.
