What is this Service?
Request assistance with accessing Brightspace.
Issues may include:
- Incorrect access to course in Brightspace
- Unable to find course in Brightspace
- No students enrolled in course
- Can't send email from inside Brightspace
- Can't log into Brightspace using my non-NSCC credentials
(examples: faculty's demo student, Proctor, etc.)
