What is this Service?
Get assistance with issues with the Brightspace Gradebook or Grades.
Issues may include:
- Grades not showing in Brightspace
- Grades are duplicated
- Grade calculation wrong
- Grades add to more than 100%
- Marks not transferring from Assignment to grades
- Marks not transferring from Quiz to grades
- Marks not transferring from Discussions to grades
- Update or Edit the Grades tool, including Grades Settings, Items, Categories or incorrect Evaluation values
- Other Grades issue
