Configuration & setup for student groups and service indicators are used to easily identify a specific group of students. Can also be used to manipulate tuition & fees. Item type setup is used to ensure that all financial activity is posted to the proper accounting structure. The Marine discounts are setup to accommodate waivers for very specific classes (Marine Atlantic & the Safety Association). Class Fee setup is when a fee is attached to a class for students when charges aren't applied to their account based on program term fees. Tuition Criteria & Term Fee setup is required for any new programs or 'off cycle' delivery.
