What is this service?
Request the create new, access, modification of access, or Other access questions about a SharePoint site. Help with accessing or modifying access, for an existing SharePoint site requires the Site Owner's approval.
Create SharePoint site
- Request the creation of a new Office365 SharePoint site.
Request access to a SharePoint site
- Any changes to site access.
- Includes providing support to the Owner of the site in order to help administer rights to another user requesting access.
Modify Access to a SharePoint site
- Request the modification of access to an existing SharePoint site.
- This requires the Site Owner's approval.
Migrate a SharePoint site
- Request the migration of SharePoint site to the new SharePoint server.
- Only valid for major version changes to SharePoint.
