JAMF - JAMF Connect pop-up for existing user deployments

Starting summer of 2023, NSCC is introducing a new login screen for all Mac desktops and laptops. This change will affect the way you log in.

To view the new login window, please visit JAMF - Mac Login Window (JAMF Connect).

If you have a Mac computer with a pre-existing deployment, a pop-up window will appear prompting you to enter your NSCC login credentials (Ex. w0123456@campus.nscc.ca).
 

  1. Please enter in your username and password and select "Sign In" to connect.

    This window may also show up without the NSCC logo as seen here. Continue to enter in your username and password and select "Sign In" to connect.
  2. If your NSCC password differs from your laptop password the next step will ask you to enter in the "Local Password". This refers to the password you're using to log into the Mac Desktop or Laptop this pop-up came up on.
  3. The next step will ask you to enter in the "Active Directory Username". This refers to the username you're using to log into the Mac Desktop or Laptop this popup came up on. (Ex. w0123456)
  4. You've now connected the new service and if you restart your computer you will now get prompted with the new login window.
