JAMF - Mac Login Window (JAMF Connect)

Starting summer of 2023, NSCC is introducing a new login screen for all Mac desktops and laptops. This change will affect the way you log in.

If you have a Mac computer with a pre-existing deployment (Assigned laptop or desktop that you log into on a daily basis) please see article JAMF - JAMF Connect pop-up for existing user deployments

If you have a new out-of-the-box deployment or have erased/wiped and restored the deployment, you will see the following new login screen after the "Remote Management" window completes setup.

To login use your NSCC credentials. (Ex. W0123456@campus.nscc.ca)



Not seeing the above login window?
If you do not see the login window above, and instead see either the username/password fields or the "SysOp" user listed, this may be due to tasks running in the background that have not yet completed. This can take anywhere from 15-30mins to complete at which point the login window will update and change on it's own.
