How to Electronically Sign a Document

What is this?

This article outlines how a recipient electronically signs a document using Adobe Sign.



Documents sent to you for signature will arrive as an email.

  1. To electronically sign the document click on the Review and sign button.

  1. This will open the document. The yellow Start arrow helps you find where to sign.
  2. Click on the Click here to sign box.

  1. A new window opens and you'll have three electronic signature options.
    1. Type your name.
    2. Draw you signature with your mouse.
    3. Sign with your finger on your phone.

  1. You'll see your signature on the document. Click the Click to Sign button at the bottom of the page to finish.

That's it. Once everyone has signed the document you'll receive a personal copy with all the signatures.
