Intune - How to fix the "Just a moment..." error with Intune Devices

What is this?

The following article will walk you through fixing the issue that Intune managed devices receive when they are brought past the Region Select Screen and connected to the Internet, then removed from the Internet.

Instructions

1. While on the "Just a moment..." screen. Press Shift+F10 - This will bring up a Command Prompt window
2. Type systemreset.exe and press Enter.
3. Select "Remove Everything"
4. Select "Just remove my files"
5. This will kick off a reset of the machine, and bring it back to the "region select"
