Check to see if your Microsoft 365 Outlook Web App time zone is correct

What is this?

Not sure if your Microsoft 365 Outlook Web App is using the correct time zone? 

If you did not change your time zone the very first time you logged into Microsoft 365 Outlook Web App it may be incorrect and your meetings or calendar entries appear to be off.  Here is how to change your time zone settings.

Instructions

 

  • In the left navigation pane, if required, click Overview.

Then click View Settings and Privacy dashboard link.

 

  • From the Settings and Privacy screen, in the Time zone section, click the arrow and then click Change time zone.

  • In the search field, search for Atlantic or the correct time zone for your region

  • Pick your correct time zone and click Select to apply your changes
    • NOTE:  The Maritime Provinces fall within the Atlantic Time zone.
