JAMF - JAMF Connect Menubar

With NSCC Managed Macs you will see an icon in the top menu bar for "JAMF Connect".


When you open the JAMF Connect Menu you will have a few options.

 

• Connect - will open the login option which is only if you want to re connect the app.
• Change Password - will open a window that will allow you to change your NSCC password. This will open the Microsoft Azure password change window.
• Reset Password - will open a window that will allow you to reset your NSCC password. This will open the Microsoft Azure reset password window.
• NSCC Self Service "App Store" - will open the NSCC Self Service app on the Mac.
• NSCC Service Desk - will open the browser to NSCC Service Desk.
