On June 25th 2026, the Edge Browser's homepage was set to Connect https://connect.nscc.ca
This KB will go over the steps to change this setting on the client side, without requiring a tech.
1) Open Edge and on the top right hand corner of the page, click on the button containing three horizontal dots. Once clicked a menu will display, select the"Settings" button.
2) A new browser tab will open with multiple options available on the left hand side of the page. Click the option labelled "Start, home, and new page tab".
3) On the right side of the screen options will appear. Select "Open custom sites" and then the button labelled "Add site".
4) A window will appear with a single field. Fill in the address that you want to add as the homepage. Click "Add" once completed.
5) Close and reopen Edge for the change to take effect.
