Good:

Capital:
These refer to significant purchases related to the construction, improvement, or long-term maintenance of physical assets, such as buildings or major equipment. This category typically includes items that are meant to provide long-term value or infrastructure, such as large equipment, building renovations, or substantial upgrades to facilities.
