Information on how to check the status of your Print Services and Copyright Service Desk tickets.

Instructions

1. Log onto the Print Services & Copyright Service Desk home page using the SIgn In option in the upper right hand corner.

2. Click on the My Requests button.

3. The My Requests page shows you all tickets you have open across NSCC's Service Desks.

Find and click on the request for which you want to check the status.

4. You can see the Status of your ticket in the upper right hand corner. 

5. You can scroll to the bottom of your ticket to check the Feed for any comments.

6. You can also click on the Current Workflow Step to see where in the process your ticket request is, and who it's assigned to. 

7. Here you can see the ticket is with the Print Services group to make sure they have all of the necessary details to print your request.
