What is this Service?
Request AD groups, password reset and pCounter credits for new employees.
Please note: the employee must be set up in PeopleSoft prior to this Service being requested.
This service does not include the procurement of any computers or devices for new employees.
To request technology equipment, please use the following services:
Technology Equipment Orders - New laptop/computer, monitors, laptop cases, docking stations, tablet stylus
Computer Accessories Orders - Wireless keyboards, wireless mice, USB memory sticks, headsets, webcams, wireless presenters, speakers, external hard drives, scanners, privacy screens, monitor mounts, wireless display adapters, conference speakers, pen tablet / digitizer tablet
