Users can be granted access to another user's Brightspace Development course shell. Requests for access must either be made by the owner of the shell, or permission from the owner of the shell must be provided. An AC may provide permission in the following scenarios: - shell owner is no longer employed by NSCC - request is for a master shell containing content that has been developed for NSCC An AC cannot provide permission in the following scenarios: - shell owner is on vacation - shell owner is on leave
