What is this Service?
Request access to a course.
Users must either own the course they are requesting access to, or provide permission of the course owner (or an AC) in order to be given access.
An AC may provide permission in the following scenarios:
- course owner is no longer employed by NSCC
- request is for a master shell containing content that has been developed for NSCC
An AC cannot provide permission in the following scenarios:
- course owner is on vacation
- course owner is on leave
