What is this?
Information on how to log into Student Self-Serve to see your application and student information.
Instructions
1. Open a Web browser and go to https://nscc.ca. Hover over Login at the top right. Select MyNSCC from the list.

2. Under the "Students and Applicants" section, click the "Student and applicant login" button

3. Log on using your NSCC credentials. You will use your W-number that was provided to you in an email. Enter your username W#@campus.nscc.ca and click Next.
Your user name might look like W0123456, W0987654, etc, but the pattern should look like the screen shot below, including the exact terms "campus.nscc.ca", not the specific campus you will be attending.
Please note: if this is your first time logging in, you will need to reset your password before logging in. Information on how to do so can be found here: Resetting your NSCC password

4. You will see a brief message before you reach the page to type your password.

5. Enter your Password and click Sign in.

6. You will be prompted to validate your identity using MultiFactor Authenticator (MFA). For more information about setting up MFA, please see this article: How to setup the Microsoft Authenticator App for MFA
7. Once authentication is complete, you will be taken to the My NSCC Student and Applicant Employee login page.
Your User ID is your W-number. This User ID does not require @campus.nscc.ca.
It is very important that you use your W-number and your NSCC password. Your User ID from Online Applications will not work to log into My NSCC.

8. After you type your W-number and password, click Sign in. The My NSCC homepage will open. Different icons will be available depending on your personal information, so it may not look exactly like this screen shot. Click the appropriate icon for your needs.
