✅ Create Email Folders in Outlook Desktop
- Open Outlook.
- In the Folder Pane, right-click your Inbox or any existing folder.
- Select New Folder.
- Type a name for the folder.
- Press Enter.

- In the left navigation pane, right-click Folders or Inbox.
- Click Create new folder.
- Enter a folder name.
- Press Enter.
