Set up a second email signature for use with a Shared Mailbox

Information on how to quickly change your email signature in the desktop version of Outlook if you have access to a Shared Mailbox.

 

Instructions

In the desktop version of Outlook (note: this functionality is not available in Webmail,) add a second email
signature for the shared mailbox.

 

Then, when sending an email in Outlook from the shared mailbox account, click on ‘Signatures’ on the top ribbon and choose the other signature to insert it into that one message:
