Where did my O Drive go?

Instructions

Please note this article applies only to users who currently have an O drive visible in their list of folders.

In order to prepare for coming Office365 and OneDrive updates, Digital Innovation and Technology will be removing your O drive on Tuesday, August 28th at 4:00PM.

What does this mean for me?

If you currently have an O drive available to save files to it will be removed from your list of available folders on Tuesday, August 24th at 4:00 PM.

Are my files going to disappear?

No! Your O drive is actually a link to your cloud-based OneDrive storage. Your files will still be available via the OneDrive web application. You can find more information on how to access your O drive files via OneDrive here.

I have questions. Who should I contact?

Please log a ticket with Technology Service Desk and a campus technician will be happy to help.
